SHIPPING POLICY

Hijeen is located in the United States. 

We reserve the right to use alternative shipping carriers at our discretion.

We are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you incorrectly enter your address but do not contact us before your order has shipped to correct your information AND receive a confirmation that the update has been made, there will be an additional waiting period for a new shipment to be issued to the correct address as well as a charge for the new shipping label.

We do not refund shipping charges on orders in the case of an incorrect shipping address.

Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee shipping date estimates or promise a product will be received by you within a specific time frame. 

You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has been moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it is not able to be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for refund. Requesting a cancellation is not a guarantee.

If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please reference the order ID provided in your confirmation email and reach out to us at hello@hijeen.co. Please allow 48 business hours to receive a response to your inquiry. In the case of an order issue (order not delivered, missing items, etc.), please allow 48 business hours from confirmation of a request being submitted on your behalf to receive a resolution.
